Malaysia, like Taiwan, was not planned to be part of my Asian trip.
And sometimes, unexpected adventures are the ones giving you the most joy and emotions.
In contrary to Vietnam where I spent many days with travelers, in Malaysia, I almost speak to no foreigners except for the last two days.
I realized one more time I like traveling by myself and was so grateful for these lonely moments.
But it’s not so easy to keep your thoughts to yourself. It’s tiring to have your mind going through the same ideas and emotions over and over.
Sometimes, you just want your mind to stop thinking and talking. You want to shut your inner voice down.
Malaysia is where I started to learn and practice meditation.
It was part of my daily morning routine for the whole trip, as it would be for the following weeks.
